I'm Angela J. Buckley
Throughout my career, I searched for a leadership model that built trust and aligned with my personal values, but I never found one. After graduating with my PhD, I published Likeable Leadership, a synthesis of servant leadership and transformational leadership flavored with an abundance mindset.  Based on practice and demonstrated results, it closely reflects trust models based on research.
Now I use my own personal struggles and successes to help people just like you pivot from a place of chaos to a leadership method that builds community and leads to calm. I’ll show you how to lead effectively and efficiently, build community, and develop the technical skills to capably engage with high performance teams.
